The use of the word 'nazi'. Whenever people use this as some light little insult, on the level of dumbass it pisses me off.
I'm not Jewish, gay, or suffering from a mental illness (well, I suppose that one is questionable... ;) or a physical handicap.
WW2 was representative of some of the worst things we are as humans are capable of doing to each other. When people use
it like a general insult it's like we're forgetting the fact that they put people in showers and gassed them, that they burned
people in ovens and made mountains out of corpses. It's like we're desensitizing it. But then I have to wonder if in some
ways I'm being hyppocritical in saying stuff like this. I make jokes about ADD and such things. Is there a similiarity?
